Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Well Versed is operated by an Arizona limited liability company (“Well Versed,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of the website.

Your continued use of this site constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

Eligibility to Use the Site

This website is intended for individuals located within the United States.

By using this site, you represent that:

  • You are using the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for lawful reasons.

Products & Availability

Print-on-Demand Production

All products are made to order. Items are produced after purchase through our third-party fulfillment partner.

Because products are created on demand:

  • Inventory is not pre-stocked.

  • Production begins shortly after purchase.

  • Modifications may not be possible once production has started.

Product Availability

While we aim to maintain accurate listings, availability may change due to supplier constraints, material shortages, or production limitations.

We reserve the right to discontinue products or modify offerings at any time without notice.

Product Representation

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors and details accurately. However:

  • Actual colors may vary due to screen settings and lighting.

  • Minor variations in placement or appearance may occur due to the print-on-demand process.

Such variations do not constitute defects.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers, including:

  • Stripe

  • PayPal

By submitting payment information, you authorize the selected provider to charge the full purchase amount, including applicable taxes and shipping.

We do not store complete payment details.

Pricing Errors

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to:

  • Cancel the order

  • Refuse the order

  • Correct the price and contact you before processing

If a charge has already been processed for an incorrectly priced item, we will issue a refund for the incorrect amount.

Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute final acceptance.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order

  • Limit quantities

  • Cancel orders suspected of fraud or abuse

Orders may be modified or canceled within the timeframe stated in our Shipping & Returns Policy. Once production begins, cancellations are not permitted.

Shipping & Fulfillment

Orders are fulfilled by our third-party production partner, Printful.

Production typically takes 2–5 business days. Shipping timelines vary based on carrier and destination.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather events

  • Supply chain disruptions

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are governed by our separate Shipping & Returns Policy.

Because items are made to order, returns are limited to:

  • Damaged items

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Misprints

  • Incorrect items received

Incorrect size selection and buyer’s remorse are not eligible for return.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including:

  • Designs

  • Graphics

  • Logos

  • Text

  • Product layouts

is the property of Well Versed and is protected by U.S. intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or redistribute designs

  • Modify or create derivative works

  • Use our content for commercial purposes without written permission

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes

  • Interfere with site functionality

Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
