Production typically takes 2–5 business days before shipment.
Production begins shortly after purchase.
Shipping Policy
Standard U.S. shipping: 3–7 business days after production.
We offer free standard U.S. shipping on orders of $60 or more.
Free shipping is calculated after discounts are applied.
For orders under $60, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected method.
International shipping is not available at this time.
Order Changes
Orders may be modified or canceled within 2 hours of purchase.
After this window, production may begin. Once production starts, changes or cancellations cannot be made.
Returns & Exchanges
Because each item is made to order, returns are limited to verified issues.

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Photo evidence is required for review.
Approved claims will receive either a replacement or refund.
